Their diet and exercise habits were the same in this study period. The women in the exercise group got aerobic exercise training. Actually, they had one home-based training and 3 supervised classes.
These women had from 30 to 60 minutes long sessions. In intensity, the range was from 60 percent with their individually maximal heart rate in the first period of the trial completely to 70-75 percent in the second half.

At the end of the study, there was remarkable improvement in both exercise and curcumin teams. This is in comparison to the control group.
