This one isn’t really something that is bad for you, it’s just not necessary. A lot of people think that canned and frozen foods are worse for you than full-on fresh foods. This isn’t true. Frozen veggies and canned beans and meat are low in calories (of course), hardly ever have additives and often have a shelf-life of more than a year. Don’t be afraid of them because they’re both healthy and convenient.
